Purpose of this hub: when something doesn’t connect, doesn’t activate, or doesn’t match what you expected, this section collects ordered fixes and explanations so you can rule out the usual causes before contacting support.

What we typically address: installation and activation errors, QR or profile problems, network or APN issues, plan or authentication errors, and device or carrier-lock situations that look like “the eSIM is broken” but are often settings-related.

How to use it effectively:

  1. Pick the article that best matches your symptom (no signal, can’t install, plan not showing, etc.).
  2. Follow steps from top to bottom—many issues are resolved by a single setting change.
  3. If you recently changed country or restarted the phone, try the connection articles first.

The menu on the right is grouped by problem type so you can scan titles quickly under pressure (e.g. at a hotel or train station).
